In a city where more than 1 in 5 New Yorkers live in poverty, the need for compassion and action is glaring. The struggles that many of our neighbors living on the lines of poverty face, were brought to the forefront at the onset of the COVID pandemic. The basic needs and the material hardship were nearly indescribable. The devastation remains.
AlixPartners reached out to see how they could help. AlixPartners’ employees showed up. They adopted hundreds of our families for the holidays. They brought joy. They brought humanity. They brought dignity.
